Gujarat Corona Update: Triple century of Corona continues, the state government took this big decision

Ahmedabad: More than 300 corona cases are being reported daily in Gujarat. In the last 24 hours, there has been one death due to corona in the state. With this, 328 new corona patients have been found in the state. Most of these patients are from Ahmedabad. The government has announced a two-day mock drill after more than 300 patients were reported daily in the state after March in the month of April as well. This mock drill will be conducted on 10th and 11th April. In this, the investigation and preparation of resources will be tested.

More cases in Ahmedabad
According to the health bulletin of the state government, one patient died of corona in Ahmedabad in the last 24 hours. So there were 328 new cases in the state. Of these, 93 cases have been reported from Ahmedabad, while 31 patients have been found in Surat, 25 in Mehsana district and 24 in Vadodara. The total number of active patients has reached 2155 in the state. Of this, 12 patients are on ventilator. Eight deaths have been reported from Corona in the last three months in the state. The most worrying situation in the state is that of Ahmedabad. Maximum cases of the city are being reported. While the total active cases in the state are 2155, out of this 686 patients are in Ahmedabad.

Health Minister appealed
After the number of new cases of Kovid in the state remained more than 300 continuously, the government has decided to conduct a mock drill. According to State Health Minister Hrishikesh Patel, the situation of corona virus in the state is under control. According to Patel, 20,000 to 22,000 samples are being tested daily. Patel, who attended the meeting chaired by Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya through video conference, said that on April 10 and 11, all the designated COVID-19 hospitals across the state will have to ensure proper functioning of medical equipment and other infrastructure. ‘Mock drill’ (rehearsal) will be organized. He informed that at present 2,155 patients of Kovid-19 are under treatment in Gujarat. Patel appealed to the people to wear masks and get themselves tested if they have symptoms of COVID-19.
