Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has recently updated its online ticketing process. As per the new guidelines issued by IRCTC, the rules are applicable to those who have not booked their tickets online since the COVID-19 pandemic.

IRCTC Mobile Number Verification: How to Verify Mobile-Email ID

  • Go to IRCTC website / app, if you keep booking regular tickets and your email id and mobile number are registered then you will not have any problem but if both the things are not verified in your account then you will have to log-in as soon as you log-in. The verification window will open in front.
  • Enter your mobile number and email id.
  • After this you will see the option of verification on the right side. If you want to change either of the two, you will find an ‘Edit’ option on the left. If not then you can continue with the verification.
