People were having trouble in Paytm login, the company solved the problem in a few minutes

Paytm tweeted about this, ‘Due to network error many of you were facing trouble in login to Paytm Money App/Website. We were already trying to fix the issue. We will inform you as soon as it is fixed. Many people were asking for compensation for the loss instead. Due to the Paytm Money crash during market time, the problem of F&O also had to be faced.

Acknowledging the issue, the company said in another tweet, “We understand that our trading and F&O users have faced such issues. We did our best in a transparent manner. We would like your people to inform us on the mail ([email protected]) about this. Paytm said, ‘We also made every effort to remove the issue that came before us. We are working in full way that you do not have to face such problems in future.

Many people have also shared their problems on Twitter. Some users said that they are not able to make any payment from Paytm App and Website. Many people have even called it fraud. Paytm provides different services to its users. Many features including Prepaid and Postpaid Mobile, DTH Recharge, Money Transfer are used a lot by the users. It is available on Android, Apple iOS and Windows Phone.
