    • For this, first of all you have to go to www.onlinesbi.com. Where you have to log in by entering your user ID and your password.
    • After this, select ‘ATM card services’ under the tab of e-services on the website.
    • In this section click on ‘ATM PIN generation’ where you will see two options one-time password (OTP) and Profile Password. After that click on ATM PIN generation.
    • After this OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
    • After receiving the OTP, you will have to go to the savings account to which your debit card is linked. then that atm card
    • Select for which PIN is to be generated. After that click on submit. Enter the first two digits of the new PIN you want to create.
    • The remaining two digits will be sent to you through SMS. After this, enter the first two digits and the two digits received through the message on the mobile number together and click on submit.

If you have forgotten ATM PIN then generate it through SMS

      • To generate SBI ATM PIN via SMS, send PIN to 567676 from the registered number.
      • After this message you will get One Time Password (OTP). This OTP will be valid for two days.
      • SBI ATM PIN will be generated with the help of this OTP by the customer visiting SBI ATM within 2 days.

    • To generate SBI Debit Card Green PIN through IVR system, you need to call toll free number 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800 from your registered mobile number.
    • Before calling, keep your ATM card and account number with you so that you can enter all the information immediately if needed.
    • Press 2 for ATM/Debit card related services after receiving the call.
    • After that press 1 for pin generation. If you want to talk to a customer agent, you have to press 2.
