Apple Watch Series 7 Review smartwatch with calling and health tracking features – Tech news hindi

Along with the iPhone 13 series, Apple also launched the Apple Watch Series 7 smartwatch. This is the eighth model of the company’s smartwatch series. From the display to the design, the Series 7 sees many changes as compared to the Series 6. It comes in two sizes – 41mm and 45mm. Its price in India starts from Rs 41,900. We have used this watch for a few days and have brought you its review. For review, we have got 45mm GPS + Cellular variant with aluminum case.

Large Always On Retina Display
The biggest display ever has been given in the new Apple Watch. It has 20 percent more screen area than the Series 6 and 50 percent more screen area than the entry-level Series 3 model. The company has launched the new watch in five new colors which include Midnight, Starlight, Green and a new Blue and Red colour. It has a display with curved edges, which does not get scratched easily. The company says that it has a crack-resistant front crystal.

The right side of the smartwatch houses a crown for navigation, a button for recent apps, and a mic. Speakers are found on the left side and sensors at the back. This time around, the company has also given the feature of Qwerty keypad in the display, so that you can easily type in Apple Watch, like a smartphone. Apple Watch Series 7 has the feature of Always On Display, due to which you do not need to touch the screen to see the time. Apart from being crack-resistant, it is also water and dust resistant. You can easily use it while swimming.

Most Favorited Portrait Watch Face
In the Apple Watch Series 7, you have been given two new watch faces – Contour and Modular Duo. My favorite though is the Portrait watch face, which turns your selected photo into a watchface by blurring the background. Apart from this, you also get a lot of options, which you can change directly through Apple Watch or iPhone.

Lots of health features
Through Apple Watch, you can do work from finding out blood oxygen level to doing ECG test. For the ECG test, all you have to do is place one finger on the crown and send the report to the doctor. It also has heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking. Along with this, through the Mindfulness app, an attempt is made to eliminate the fatigue of the day and give you peace of mind.

It has a plethora of workout modes ranging from outdoor walk to yoga, outdoor run, outdoor cycle, indoor walk, indoor run, indoor cycle, hiking, dance, tai chi, swimming. The Activity Rings given in this tells how long you walked, how long you exercised and how long you stood.

From calling to message reply
Apple Watch Series 7 comes with all the features to be always connected. In this, you get all the notifications of your phone. Also, if you want, you can also reply to the message from Apple Watch itself. Apart from this, you have also been given the facility of calling. That is, you can also receive and dial the phone. If you look directly, you do not even need to use an iPhone, all the work will be done from the smartwatch itself. It also has the support of Siri Voice Assistant.

If you see an app missing in the smartwatch, then you can also download it directly to the Apple Watch through the App Store. It also gets the features of Emergency SOS, International Emergency Calling and Fall Detection.

how is the battery life
Users who have used smartwatches with a battery life of 10 to 12 days may find the battery backup of Apple Watch a bit low. Its battery lasts only for one to one and a half days. Apple claims that the Apple Watch Series 7 can last up to 18 hours on a single charge. It is the same as last year’s model. But still, Apple says the new Apple Watch offers 33 percent faster charging. It takes about 2 hours 50 minutes for the smartwatch to be fully charged.
