The Consumer Court held the shopping site guilty, saying that they sent the wrong item compared to the item purchased even after charging the full price of the product. Avoid online fraud like this

91mobiles Wants to inform our readers that in such cases many times even the shopping site itself is not aware of what scams its delivery agents are doing. In such a situation, to avoid loss, the consumer himself has to show alertness and awareness. Nowadays e-commerce sites offer ‘open box’ delivery wherein the delivery boy himself opens the box and shows it to you. In such a situation, you can receive the item only after the correct item is found.

Similarly, OTP is also asked from the customer at the time of delivery. Our advice is never to share the OTP sent by the company to the delivery agent without checking your baggage. On the other hand, if any fraud ever happens, then apart from complaining to the shopping site, also file an application in the consumer court.
