Waltheru Veeraiah (Chiranjeevi) fights for a case. In this order, the witness related to that case should be introduced. For that, Veeraiya Pathika has to pay a bribe of lakhs to postpone the case. Waltheru Veeraiya, which came with huge expectations, lived up to those expectations.. with high-voltage action drama and mega entertainment as well as grand visuals. Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comedy timing in the movie is also good along with the main emotion of the story. Also, the shades of Megastar’s role, the scenes with Shruti Haasan, as well as the flashback… Ravi Teja’s character in that flashback and the action sequences.
Ravi Teja’s screen presence & energy are overwhelming. Combination scenes & sentiments with Chiranjeevi are good. However.. due to the lack of naturalness in the Telangana accent.. it is a bit stiff. Shruti Haasan is not limited to songs. Catherine felt that the limited scenes she got did not matter. Bobby Simha is impressive as a villain. Prakash Raj, despite being the main villain, is not elevated properly.
Especially the elevation scenes of Ravi Teja’s character are particularly entertaining. And Chiranjeevi gave life to the role of Veeraya. Megastar acted brilliantly in Rough and Mass Avatar. Chiru – Shruti Haasan’s on-screen chemistry is also very good. Ravi Teja also acted very well in another powerful character. A special song by Urvashi Rautela blew whistles in the theatres. Prakash Raj’s performance in the lead role is very settled and very good.
Technical performance: Arthur A. Wilson’s cinematography gives the film a good high. The close-up shots & frames of Chiranjeevi’s introduction & interval blocks are good. The songs rendered by Devisreeprasad are peppy and the background music seems to be okay. It would have been better if more care had been taken in the matter of VFX work. Shekhar’s master choreography work is good. The composition of the song “Poonakalu Loading” will impress the audience.
Veeraya – Ravi Teja’s characters, the background of the story, as well as the filming of other characters, and the performance of the actors are good. In terms of the story, Bobby played very slowly. However, although the emotions between the characters are well established… it seems like a melodrama in some places. In addition to this, there are too many characters, and the unnecessary discussion here and there for the sake of comedy is not up to the standard of the movie.
