Richa Chadha told why Bollywood is suffering in front of South, said- these are greedy people of Hindi cinema

Actress Richa Chadha has worked in both the film industries i.e. South Movies and Hindi in the past years. Recently Richa shared her views on what could be the reasons behind the disappointment of Hindi box office. Explaining her reasons, the actress told ‘indianexpress.com’ that, she has made her right collection (Bollywood Movies Box Office Collection) in terms of ticket prices. On the superhit Vijay starrer ‘Master’, she says, ‘Look at the megastar’s film only. Not like the Hindi film industry and its greedy film sellers, but there they keep tickets for Rs 100-400 even if it is a hit film.

He also said that, ‘This also happens due to the price of tickets in Bollywood being more than Rs 400. Theater ticket prices need to be reduced. Recently, there was a film released which I am sure will come soon on OTT and when its collection came on the first day, it was less than a third of that actor’s fee.’ However, in the past, there has been a huge jump in ticket prices in the South Industry. A case was also filed in the Chennai High Court regarding this.

box office report of movies
Reports on ‘Boxofficeindia.com’ now claim that all eyes are on Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ to see if the Hindi film industry can return to its old form. Earlier films like Tiger Shroff’s ‘Heropanti 2’, Ajay Devgn’s ‘Runway 34’ and Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bachchan Pandey’ failed to make a mark at the ticket windows in the past months. However, the same cannot be said for South’s film releases, which touched the 1000 crore mark at the box office.
