The teaser of ’83’ is very gripping, seeing which will bring back memories of those moments of 1983 when Kapil Dev got India the first World Cup and created history. The film will release on December 24, while the trailer will be released on November 30.

Deepika will play the role of Kapil Dev’s wife Romi in the film. Apart from Hindi, ’83’ will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
