Dulquer Salmaan starrer ‘Sitarama’ banned in Gulf

Dulquer Salmaan-starrer Seetharamam, which is slated to release in theaters on August 5, has been denied permission in the Gulf. Gulf is a big market for Dulquer films. After the ban, the film has been submitted for re-censoring in the UAE. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies, Sita Ramam will hit the theaters on August 5, starring Dulquer Salmaan, Mrinal Thakur, Rashmika Mandana and Sumanth. This romantic film will be released in Telugu and Tamil Malayalam languages. Salute, Hai Sinamika and Kurup are the last Dulquer movies that reached the audience.

Dulquer Salmaan is playing the role of Lt. Ram, and the film was shot in Kashmir and Hyderabad. The film’s music is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar and cinematography by PS Vinod and Shreyas Krishna. Editing has been done by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The film also stars Tarun Bhaskar, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Bhumika Chawla.

Dulquer Salmaan, Mrinal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, Sumanth, Gautham Menon, Prakash Raj, Tarun Bhaskar, Shatru, Bhumika Chawla, Rukmini Vijay Kumar, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma and Vennala Kishore are playing roles in the film.
