Karan Johar and his children, Yash and Roohi, celebrated 75 years of India’s independence in a special way. The filmmaker’s son Yash wore a green kurta and pajama, while his daughter wore an orange kurti and pajama. Holding the Indian National Flag in their hands, both Yash and Roohi sang the song ‘Hum Honge Kamyab’. Karan shared the video on Instagram and posted the special occasion with a heartfelt note.

Karan has shared a cute video of Yash and Roohi on his official Instagram handle. Sharing the same, KJo wrote, ‘The future of India is in very stable hands – there is no one like the present generation who values and upholds freedom to the fullest. There is no one like the present generation who lead the previous generations. In an India that flies brighter and higher than ever before. After 75 years of independence one knows this is new India and they are new India and you have to believe that it is with them who is the ultimate force to unite the nation.’

After that, he is coming up with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Brahmastra’. The film starring Nagarjuna, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Mouni Roy is scheduled to release on September 9, 2022.
