  • Good luck with the release yet!

Actress Ragini Dwivedi has been granted bail in the Supreme Court. He was granted bail on Thursday (Jan 21) but has not yet been released from the Parappana Agrahara Jail. What is the reason for this? Process delays and weekend vacations! Yes, the drug case accused Ragini has to shake hands in jail without due process delays and weekend vacations!

Ragini has been counting in Bangalore Central Prison for more than 140 days. He was granted bail on Jan. 21. The Supreme Court has delayed delivering a copy of the order to the NDPS court in Bangalore. The order was reached on Friday (Jan. 22). However, according to the Kovid-19 rules, a copy must be sanitized. It is then placed before the judge. These processes were not completed by Friday.

Jan. 23 is the fourth Saturday because it is a government holiday. The court does not act. The court also instructs prison officials to release the bail order on Monday morning as it is on Sunday. Therefore, it is learned that Ragini will be out of jail only after noon on Monday (Jan. 25). “The Supreme Court’s bail delay has been delayed by the arrival of each court, custody of Kovid’s rules and the delay of getting out of jail on two weekends. “There is no problem in fulfilling the Surety Clause,” a lawyer for Ragini informed.
