- Actress Ragini in Drugs case
- The actress who got bail from the Supreme
- Good luck with the release yet!
Ragini has been counting in Bangalore Central Prison for more than 140 days. He was granted bail on Jan. 21. The Supreme Court has delayed delivering a copy of the order to the NDPS court in Bangalore. The order was reached on Friday (Jan. 22). However, according to the Kovid-19 rules, a copy must be sanitized. It is then placed before the judge. These processes were not completed by Friday.
Jan. 23 is the fourth Saturday because it is a government holiday. The court does not act. The court also instructs prison officials to release the bail order on Monday morning as it is on Sunday. Therefore, it is learned that Ragini will be out of jail only after noon on Monday (Jan. 25). “The Supreme Court’s bail delay has been delayed by the arrival of each court, custody of Kovid’s rules and the delay of getting out of jail on two weekends. “There is no problem in fulfilling the Surety Clause,” a lawyer for Ragini informed.
On September 14, 2020, Ragini was sent to Parappana Agrahara Prison in Drugs case. The Karnataka High Court rejected his bail application in November. He had gone to the Supreme Court challenging it. Since the day Ragini was arrested, her parents have been busy bailing out her daughter. He even went to the point of selling a house and a car. Now, the Supreme Court has granted bail to Ragini. Another actress Sanjana, who was imprisoned in the same case, was granted bail just days ago.
