Satish Kaushik became a father for the second time almost at the age at which people often become grandfather or maternal grandfather. Satish Kaushik once spoke to Economic Times about the challenges he faced in becoming a father in the late 50s. Satish Kaushik had a son in 1994 with Shashi Kaushik, who passed away in 1996 at the age of two. After this a long time passed when Satish and Shashi were left without a child. After this he decided to become a parent again.
