Recalling how these lines used to be a mile long outside the ticket window, he said, ‘Booking for my film Don!’ He also said that the queues were up to a mile long.

Amitabh also remembered giving back-to-back five box office hits in 1978. He wrote in the post, ‘.. Released in 1978.. 44 Years!! And these also released in the same year: Don, Kasam Vaade, Trishul, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Ganga Ki Saugandh… 5 Blockbusters in a Year!! Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming film ‘Brahmastra’. The three-part fantasy will feature Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in the lead roles. Amitabh will be seen as Professor Arvind Chaturvedi in the film. His first look poster from the film was released earlier this month, where his character was introduced as Guru, the wise leader holding Prabhas: The Sword of Light. The film will release on 9 September. Apart from this, Amitabh also has ‘Goodbye’, ‘Project K’ and ‘Aachai’.
