The total gross of the film is Rs 27.35 crores and as the circumstances are, the film does not seem to be going to survive in the theaters after the second week.

Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria are in lead roles in this sequel of ‘Ek Villain’ released in the year 2014. The story of Ek Villain Returns is a psychological-thriller. But the audience is not liking this film. However, the bulk of the film’s earnings are still coming from UP and Bihar, while the film is not doing well in the Delhi-NCR and Mumbai circuits. The way ‘Ek Villain Returns’ is earning, this film will not even reach the lifetime 50 crore mark at the box office.
