Corona virus Akshay Kumar’s ‘Suryavanshi’ and then Ranveer Singh’s ’83’ became postpone due to the fear of K. But the industry is so much affected by the impact of this virus that it is seeing its effect till Eid. Film distributor Raj Bansal wrote on social media, ‘Only one film will be released on Eid this year. His name is ‘Korana Virus in India’. All the fans of Salman Khan got angry on this, so some people agreed to it.

Let me tell you that there is a plan for the release of Salman Khan’s film ‘Radhe: Your most wanted brother’ on Eid this year. At the same time, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Laxmi Bomb’ is also to be released on Eid. although Lockdown After the release, the industry has different opinions about the release of films. For example, trade analyst Sumit Kadel believes that new films will not be released immediately after the theaters open. As such, ‘Baaghi 3’ and ‘English Medium’ may be re-released. In this way the cinematographers will get relief as well as the box office.

Otherwise difficult decisions will have to be taken
About two weeks ago, theaters in Delhi had planned to close theaters by 31 March. But at that time no one knew that the period of closure of the cinema would be more than a month. In such a situation, now about two weeks after the closure of cinema, the uneasiness of cinema and film industry is clearly visible. Talking about this, Rajkumar Mehrotra, CEO of Delight Cinema, Rajdhani said, “We have to pay the first salary in a few days after the cinema closes. According to the appeal of Prime Minister Modi, all the cinematographers are giving full salary to the staff. But if the lockdown continues even after April 14, we will be forced to take difficult decisions.

However, Mehrotra is satisfied with the efforts being made by the government and he hopes that things will settle down by 14 April. He says, ‘The government has locked us here in time. So, I sincerely hope that things will be settled by 14 April. I think the situation will not deteriorate like we have in European countries and things can be started even a few weeks after the recovery. Anyway, all the films are ready for release. So I think the release date of Eid Bollywood Is going to be good for. ‘

Loss of thousands of crores
When asked about the loss to the cinema industry due to the lockdown, Miraj Cinema MD Amit Sharma said that about 2.5 lakh people are connected to the industry either directly or indirectly. If this situation lasts long then the difficulties may increase. Around 20 thousand crores are earned from the cinema industry across the country and according to this, there is a big loss due to the closure of the cinema hall for one day. However, Amit also says that once everything is normal, if every small and big film collects 10-20% more, then the loss will be recovered.

Chances are not good in april
Trade analysts in Mumbai have a slightly different opinion. According to him, ‘due to Corona virus, the industry has already lost Rs 400-500 crore. If this condition stretches a little longer then there is a possibility of a lot of damage. Actually this year has not been good for the box office from the beginning. Barring Ajay Devgn’s Tanhaji, no film has been able to enter the 100 crore club in the first 3 months. In the second week after the release of Baaghi 3, Cinemahal closed. As of now, the prospects of April are not good.
