Sonu Sood challenged BMC’s notice in Bombay High Court

Bollywood actor for alleged illegal construction in his premises in Juhu, Mumbai Sonu Sood A complaint was lodged by the BMC against the police. Now Sonu Sood has filed an application in the Bombay High Court challenging the notice issued by BMC. A hearing has been set for Monday in the case.

Let the BMC accuse Sonu Sood of converting the six-storey residential building in Juhu into a hotel. BMC had told the police to take cognizance of this mistake of Sonu Sood.

The BMC had complained to the Juhu police in this case on 4 January. In this complaint, it was told that Sonu Sood converted the Shakti Sagar Building which is a residential building into a hotel without permission. The BMC has requested the police to take action on Sonu Sood under the Maharashtra Region and Town Planning (MRTP) Act.

At the same time, Sonu Sood had to say in this case that he had sought the permission of User Change from BMC. He is waiting for clearance from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA). Due to Kovid-19, permission from the Coastal Zone Authority has not been granted.
