Mumbai Police has summoned actress Kangana Ranot and her sister Rangoli Chandel in the case of spreading hate in the name of religion. Kangana has targeted the Maharashtra government for this. In his latest tweet, he wrote, “Passionate Penguin Army..Maharashtra’s Pappu Pro … Missing so much k-k-k-k-kangna … No problem will come soon.”

A case was registered against Kangana and Rangoli on October 17 at the Bandra Police Station on October 17. Mumbai Police has called Kangana on 26 October and Rangoli on 27 October for questioning. Currently, the two sisters are in Bhambla in Himachal to attend the marriage of younger brothers Akshat and Kajin Karan.

The petitioner advocate Sahil Ashraf Ali Syed has alleged in an application filed in the Bandra court- Kangana Ranot has been insulting Bollywood for the last few months by calling it a hub of nepotism and favoriteism.
By tweeting through her official Twitter handle and through TV interviews, she is creating divisions between Hindu and Muslim artists. She has made extremely objectionable tweets that hurt not only religious sentiments, but also the feelings of many kaligas of the industry. Huh.
Sahil has put many tweets of Kangana in front of the court as evidence. If the reports are to be believed then both the sisters can also be arrested if there is strong evidence.
Case has been registered in these sections
Metropolitan Magistrate of Bandra Jaydev Y Ghule ordered an inquiry against Kangana by registering an FIR under Section 156 (3) of the CRPC. Taking action on this, police have registered a case against Kangana and her sister under sections 153A, 295A, 124A and 34.
