Aryan Khan, arrested in Mumbai cruise drugs case, did not get bail even on Tuesday. The Bombay High Court has adjourned the hearing till Wednesday. Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi is appearing in Aryan’s case. On a plea of Mukul, users are seen standing with him. One has even said that this is the biggest question of the century.

During the plea, Mukul told the court that neither Aryan has consumed drugs, nor has it been recovered from him, then why is he in jail for 20 days. Significantly, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan has been lodged in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail since October 8. Aryan is accused of possessing and using drugs under the NDPS Act.

After Mukul’s argument, there were mixed reactions from the users. One said who will bring back Aryan’s 20 days. He also missed the birthday of the mother and the anniversary of the parents. One user has written – Imagine if Aryan was really a criminal. Another user has written – Exactly the same question is mine too. Why is he in jail? They can send him to the rehab center, why sent him to jail.
These are young boys, give them a chance to improve
During the hearing, Rohatgi told the bench that I have nothing to do with Witness No. 1 and 2 i.e. Prabhakar Sal and KP Gosavi, nor do I know them. Rohatgi said that these are new boys. They may be sent to a correctional home. They should not be prosecuted. I have also read in newspapers that the government is talking about reforms.
