UPSESSB Recruitment News: In the result of three divisions of Principal Recruitment 2011, many such teachers have also been selected for the post of Principal, who have retired five to six to eight years ago. This happened due to the delay and legal disputes of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board. A decade later, the results of Chitrakoot, Basti and Faizabad divisions, announced on December 29, have left people more shocked than happy.

The retirement age in aided secondary schools is 62 years. That is, those whose date of birth is before 1960, their selection has automatically become meaningless. For example, Ram Ujagir Verma (date of birth 30 January 1952) selected for Sardar Patel Memorial Inter College, Larpur Ambedkar Nagar, has already retired eight years ago.

In Faizabad division result number one, Girija Shankar Singh selected for Ramlal Ramfer Janta Inter College Sewaganj Ambedkar Nagar, 7 Kishun Chandra Dubey selected for Laxmi Kunwari Inter College Tarakalan Ambedkarnagar and Janata Inter College Hardoiah Faizabad have retired six years ago.

Vrajraj Verma selected for Sant Tulsidas Inter College Basthanwa Nedula Basti in Basti Mandal six years, Saroj Kumar Gupta selected for National Inter College Mauda Hamirpur in Chitrakoot Mandal retired seven years ago. The selection board is going to declare the result of Meerut, Moradabad and Gorakhpur divisions soon.

Second number selected will get a chance
The Selection Board selects three teachers for one post of Principal. On the retirement of the teachers selected on the first number, the second number candidate will get a chance.

Retired teacher out of selection list
The candidates for the post of Principal have been demanding for a long time to keep retired teachers out of the selection list. The selection board has also given an affidavit in the High Court that retired teachers will be excluded from the interview of Principal Recruitment 2013 which is going to start soon.
