UPSC Topper Tips: If you are preparing for UPSC then there is good news for you. This year’s UPSC topper Shubham Kumar, 7th rank Praveen Kumar and some other toppers will teach the preparation tricks to the students who want to clear UPSC. This special program will be held in Bhagalpur district of Bihar. Any student preparing for UPSC can participate in this open seminar to be held in collaboration with the district administration. This open seminar will be organized on 27 November 2021 at DRCC Bhawan in Bhagalpur. The program will start at 10 am. If you want to join then it is absolutely free. You have to go to the venue. There you can join the seminar by filling some details on the counter.

This program is being organized in collaboration with the National Association of Civil Servants (NACS). It is known as Senior IAS Officer B.K. Prasad runs. The civil servants of Bihar and Jharkhand involved in this give training to the students who are preparing for UPSC since 2014. This year’s topper Shubham Kumar has also joined the training program of this institution during the preparation days.
