IAS topper Stuti Charan cracked her UPSC Civil Services exam in the year 2012. Before becoming an IAS officer, she was working as a Probationary Officer (PO) in a bank. When she gave the UPSC exam, at that time even herself did not think that she would be included in the list of toppers. He passed the UPSC exam with third rank.
Stuti always wanted to work for the betterment of the society and made her dreams come true when she decided to appear for UPSC. Today he is a successful IAS officer.

Stuti is a resident of village Khari Kalla in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. His family consists of his father, his mother and his younger sister. His father is working as a deputy director in Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation and his mother is a Hindi lecturer and his younger sister is a dentist.

Stuti completed her schooling at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (Hurda), Bhilwara. Then he completed his graduation from Lachu Memorial College of Science and Technology. Stuti has then completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Marketing Management courses from IIPM, New Delhi.
In an interview, Stuti once said that she wanted to become an IAS officer since childhood. When I secured third rank in UPSC, it felt like a dream come true.
