This time the UPSC Prelims exam was held on June 5. Paper 1 was conducted from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and paper 2 was conducted from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The instructions of Kovid 19 were strictly followed during the examination. Around 10 lakh candidates had appeared in this examination. The result has been released within 20 days.

Candidates who qualify UPSC Prelims are called for Mains Exam. The candidates who qualify in the Mains exam are called for interview. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of performance in interview and mains exam. Mains Exam is of 1750 Marks and Interview is of 275 Marks.
