UPSC CSE DAF 2021 Online Form: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has activated the link for the Detailed Application Form (UPSC 2021 Main DAF) of Civil Services 2021 Main Exam. Candidates who are qualified in the prelims exam can fill the UPSC DAF form. Candidates will have to fill the DAF online by visiting the official website of UPSC, upsconline.nic.in on December 1, 2021 by 6:00 PM. Candidates may please note that those who do not fill the DAF for UPSC Mains January 2022 Exam will not be allowed to appear.

The results of the prelims exam were declared on October 29. Around 10 lakh candidates had registered for UPSC CSE Prelims 2021. Earlier on November 17, the Commission (UPSC) had also issued an important notice regarding the change of center for the main exam. As per the notice, UPSC is allowing candidates to change the option of changing the exam center once. They can make changes while filling UPSC Civil Services 2021 Main DAF. When and where UPSC Civil Services Exam?
The main examination for candidates who have qualified in UPSC Civil Services 2021 will be conducted from January 7, 2021. The exam will be held only at Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dispur (Guwahati), Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shillong, Shimla, Thiruvananthapuram and Vijayawada.

UPSC DAF 2021 Online: Know How to Fill DAF Form
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC.
Step 2: In the What’s New section on the homepage, click on the link ‘Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2021’.
Step 3: On the new page click on Click here in front of DAF – I link.
Step 4: New page will open, enter your name (entered in matriculation/ secondary examination certificate), roll number (in six digit format), date of birth (entered in matriculation/ secondary examination certificate) and e-mail address Register using
Step 5. After registration, a password will be sent to the candidate’s email.
Step 6. Visit the official website again and log in using the password sent to the email.
Step 7. Online DAF will open consisting of six modules – Personal, Educational information, Parent information, Employment information, Uploading of documents and Final submission. Candidates need to fill all the information carefully as no change will be allowed later.
Step 8. Submit the form. Download and take a print out of the filled DAF for further use.
