UP Board 2024: This time 16 thousand 472 more students will appear in the UP Board Exam 2023-24. However, the center has not been decided yet. This time the number of students in high school and intermediate has also decreased compared to the year 2023. In such a situation, it is considered certain that the number of individual students will increase.
According to the department, the examination is expected to be conducted from February to March of the year 2024. The educational details of the students have been sent to the board. In the year 2023, 90 thousand 340 high school boys and girls appeared for the examination at 253 centres. Whereas in 2024, 84 thousand 570 boys and girls have participated. Similarly, 87 thousand 921 candidates appeared in Inter in the year 2023. Whereas this time 77 thousand 219 candidates are included. The centers are yet to be determined. According to the data, 16 thousand 472 more candidates have appeared. Rudra Pratap Pal, senior assistant of the examination department in the DIOS office, said that the number of students has increased. In such a situation, the number of centers is also likely to increase.
List of examination centers will be released on December 10
The date for determining the centers for the UP Board examination has been extended by the government. The final list of examination centers is now to be finalized by December 10. The major reason behind this is the delay in physical verification of examination centres. Keeping this in view, the date of physical verification has also been extended by the government. Due to delay in verification, the timetable for determining the center has been changed by the government. According to this, after physical verification, the list of schools has to be uploaded on the board’s website by the District Magistrate through DIOS by November 11. After this, the DIOS of all the districts will have to publish the information about the selected examination centers online in the newspapers by 16th November.
