Times World University Ranking 2022 has been released. Three universities of India have got a place in the top 400 universities of this World Universities Ranking. Britain’s Oxford University secured the first position in this university ranking. While the second place went to California Institute of Technology. However, India did not get much pleasure from this ranking, and none of the 71 universities in India made it to the top 300 list.
Indian Institute of Technology Indore has made its place in the band 401-500.
These 9 Indian universities made their place in the top 1000
Nine universities have qualified in the top 1000 of the Times World University Ranking. In this list, Alagappa University performed brilliantly and made its place among the top 600 colleges of the world for the first time, and made its place in the 501-600 band. After this International Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (601-800) has entered the top 800. Three universities – Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, Veltek University and Symbiosis International University – have entered the 801-1,000 band for the first time.
