New Transfer Policy Rajasthan: A new policy has been brought in Rajasthan regarding the transfer of the employees of the Education Department. Its purpose is to transfer before the leaders (Rajasthan Transfer Policy) is to eliminate the system of circling. The point to be noted here is that the transfers will be on the recommendation of the leaders, but as much hassle as before will be removed. The draft policy regarding transfer has been prepared and now the approval of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is yet to be received. The transfer has been completely digitized under the new transfer policy. Transfer will be done with the help of departmental portal and computer based software.

According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, now you have to apply for transfer under the new policy. For this a time frame has been prepared between 6 to 10 April. Once you apply, the transfer list will be prepared by May 10. Under the policy, schools in urban and rural areas have been divided into 4 zones for transfer. Apart from this, the districts have also been divided into 4 categories. Transfer committees will be constituted at the district, potential and state level for smooth transfer. These committees will have to take the final decision of transfer of any officer. Only a maximum of 17 percent of the people of each cadre can be transferred at a time.
