New schools for OBC-EWS students in Chhattisgarh, NEET and CLAT coaching will be available

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has made a big announcement for the SC, OBC and EWS students of the state. Four new Prayas residential schools will be started in the next financial session 2023-24 under the Late Rajiv Gandhi Bal Bhavishya Suraksha Prayas Awasiya Vidyalaya Yojana for the students. In the state, 500 seater schools will be opened for the boys of Scheduled Caste category, 500 seater for girls and 500 seater schools for the students of Other Backward Classes and EWS category.

In Chhattisgarh, 500 seater schools will be opened for girl students of all classes. On the initiative of CM, 4 residential schools of total 2000 seater capacity will be started. In each residential school, 125-125 students will be given admission in class 9th. With the start of these 4 Prayas residential schools, a total of 2000 students will get the benefit of free residential education and coaching.

Free Education Facility

The officials of the Tribal Development Department said that the students admitted in these residential schools will have free arrangements for teaching from class 9th to 12th. This is a big initiative in the interest of the students. This will directly benefit the students who come under the purview of reservation.

NEET, CA and CLAT preparation

Along with this, free coaching will also be provided to the students for various competitive exams like PMT PET, NSTE, JEE Main and Advanced, AIIMS, NEET, CA, CS, CLAT, NDA etc. These classes will be provided by reputed coaching institutes. He informed that a total of 2000 students of the respective cadre would get the benefit of Late Rajiv Gandhi Bal Bhavishya Suraksha Prayas Residential School Scheme due to the starting of four new Prayas schools in the state.
