Principal of LLRM Medical College R.C. Gupta said, “We have already started teaching MBBS students in bilingual medium. This is happening for the first time in the state. We had got permission from the state government to do this a month ago.

Pankaj Aggarwal, Head of the Department of Endocrinology at the Medical College, said, “Since the new education policy has emphasized on teaching in mother tongue, we have prepared content for various topics of MBBS courses in Hindi. It is being compiled in books. Pankaj also started a campaign named Medical concepts in Hindi (MCH) in 2017.
He said, 'We have prepared study material for different subjects, all parts of different topics of MBBS course. It is available for free on MCH's website and app. There are 300 videos and about 1,000 articles here.
What about studies in Hindi?
At the same time, Pankaj Aggarwal said that studying in Hindi will not reduce the importance of English. He said, 'The merits of this content are that the medical term has been written in Hindi. He said, 'Our effort is to teach medical science and prepare parallel content for all the subjects of medical science, so that Hindi medium students can understand this subject well and do not lag behind their English speaking peers.'
