JEE Main 2023 Exam Date: The Bombay High Court has given its verdict regarding the JEE Mains exam. The court has refused to postpone the exam. Bombay HC Has said that delay in the examination will cause further trouble. In such a situation, JEE Main 2023 will be conducted on the dates fixed by the National Testing Agency. The Bombay High Court was hearing a petition seeking the postponement of the JEE Mains exam. Activist Anubha Srivastava Sahai had filed a petition against the National Testing Agency. It claimed that JEE Mains and Class 12 practicals are being held simultaneously in January. Along with this, NDA SSB Interview is also clashing with JEE Mains on 23 January and 27 January 2023.

Bombay HC pronounced the verdict

The PIL was filed in the Bombay High Court by activist Anubha Srivastava Sahay. This petition has been filed against the National Testing Agency ie NTA. Please tell that JEE Main exam is organized by NTA. Sahay claimed that in January there will be practical examinations and Viva etc. for class 12th students. Due to the clash of these exams with JEE Mains exam, the students will be in trouble.

JEE Main exam will be held in two sessions

According to the calendar released by the National Testing Agency, the JEE Main exam for admission to the top engineering colleges of the country will be held in two sessions this year. The first session will be conducted in January 2023 and the second session in April. Students who are not able to give the exam in January can give it in April.
