Quizzing is an interesting competition which is in the DNA of HT School. It is also thanks to this fun program that helps the students to enhance their understanding and answer the questions which boosts the learning process among the students. Thus was born the Mega Quiz Competition of HT School in 2022. This program created a world record in the name of Hindustan Republic Day Quiz (RDQ). Last year, 19,625 participated in this competition (RDQ 2022) which was recorded in the Asia Book of Records India Book for the highest number of students participating in an online school quiz.
This year ClassAct-2023 from Aarey of H School broke the record of last year’s Republic Day Quiz of Hindustan Times. The preliminary round of RDQ 2023 was conducted on 26 January 2023. The finale of this online mega quiz is proposed to be held on 5th February. This quiz will be conducted in the presence of two of the best quiz masters of the country, Dr. Naveen Jayakumar and Mr. Avinash Mudaliar.
Mr. Mudaliar said, “After the record breaking participation of HT School ClassAct 2022, this year is also expected to be a bigger record than last year. Hindustan Times thanks all the students who made it a record breaking mega competition A total of 21,540 students have participated in ClassAct 2023 this year. Quizzes have always been a popular mind game, it is heartening to see the huge enthusiasm among students for this contest. We are sure that the students will participate enthusiastically in the upcoming National Finale on 5th February.
The best thing about this online school quiz competition is that it is connecting more and more students from all over the world by breaking all the region walls. A large number of students are joining the competition for the last two years. This proves how important it is for the students of class 1 to 12. More than 21000 students are participating in the competition being organized for the second time. The total registration number of students has reached 40,486.
ClassAct 2023 Prelims: Hindustan Times Republic Day Quiz asked mind boggling questions. The Prelims consisted of 60 questions consisting of 28 multiple choice questions, 30 options consisting of doing two things in the correct sequence.
