According to the news agency ANI, the Secondary School Education Department has issued a guideline in this regard for the inspectors of all the district schools, so that measures can be taken to save the students from these diseases. Director of Secondary Education Mahendra Dev said that it is very important that students and parents can be informed about this guideline through schools so that students can avoid these diseases.
Cleanliness should be taken care of in schools
Mahendra Dev said, 'Students should be instructed to come to school in full shirt and trousers. Children should be compulsorily informed about these diseases and the problems arising out of them in prayer meetings. He said, 'Public awareness rally should be taken out in the villages as well. The open water tanks in the school premises should be cleaned regularly. It should be ensured that there is no water-logging anywhere in the school premises and neighbourhood.
He said, 'It should be ensured that continuous cleaning is done around the hand pump. Handwashes should be kept in the school premises and anti-larval medicines should be sprayed. Dev further said, 'The school premises and its surrounding areas should be cleaned. Along with this, the bushes should be cut.
Secondary education director Mahendra Dev said that if a child shows symptoms like fever, then he should be treated immediately. In such cases, the primary health center can be contacted immediately.
