CBSE Board Exam 2023: If you feel like watching mobile again and again then know how to concentrate in studies

CBSE Board Exam 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) exams are starting on February 15 and the UP Board’s 10th-12th exams are starting on February 16. As the date of board examination is getting closer, the anxiety among the students is increasing. Board examinees are also asking for suggestions to get good marks in the board examination along with counting the problems on the helpline number of the psychology school. Here are some questions and their answers-

Solution: First of all try to study by dividing the syllabus according to your interest. Study the syllabus by dividing it into small pieces. Make a time table in which give enough time to each subject according to your interests. Schedule extra time to study difficult subjects. Try not to make noise while studying. Try to increase concentration with the help of yoga and meditation. In case of confusion in solving the question, consult the teachers.

Solution: Take breaks in between while studying. Listen to your favorite music or chat with friends, relatives or parents during breaks. Try to remember by writing. Practice solving model papers which will boost your confidence. Avoid studying till late night. Get enough sleep too. Take nutritious food, avoid fried things. Minimize the use of electronic media. Don’t be afraid of the exam. Take the exam like a festival, don’t study for fear of failing or passing. Do yoga and meditation.

Problem: My parents are scolding me for studying all the time. Not even letting me talk to my friends. They are pressurizing me to get good marks, due to which I am feeling very stressed, I am not even able to study properly. ragini from class 12

Solution: Talk to your parents and make them understand that what you are studying is sufficient for the exam. Every parent is worried about the future of their wards. That’s why try to concentrate on studies by not listening to the parents. Whenever you are stressed, discuss with your parents about your studies, how much preparation you have done and how much is left.

Problem: Sir, I topped the school in 11th but due to lack of preparation this year, I feel like leaving the exam and running away. While my father wishes that I become a great doctor. What to do sir Utkarsh Pandey from class 12

Solution: Knowledge is not determined by the marks obtained in the examination. Do not worry about getting less marks. Prepare with confidence. Face the situations, don’t run away from them. Try to take life towards positivity because problems will keep coming at every step of life.

Make notes daily while you are preparing for the exam. By making notes, the study is remembered for a long time. You will not have to read the whole book at the time of exam, rather you will be able to easily revise all the syllabus from the notes. First prepare for the subject which you find easy, then prepare for the difficult subject. By preparing difficult subjects first, the students will get entangled in it.
