Agniveer can also be honored with all gallantry awards including Param Vir Chakra. Agniveer soldiers will also get 30 days leave in a year. In addition, they can also take sick leave on the recommendation of medical professionals. Now in such a situation, the question arises that how much salary will Agniveers get every month during the four years of service and how much money they will get in the end after completing the service.

What will be the salary structure of Agniveer soldiers?

Agniveer Salary First Year: Under the Agneepath scheme, Agniveer soldiers will be given a salary of Rs 30,000 every month for the first year of service. From this salary, every month Rs 9,000 will be deducted for the service fund. The government will also contribute the same amount to the service fund fund. After the deduction, Agniveer soldiers will be given an in-hand salary of Rs 21,000 every month.

Agniveer Salary Second Year: In the second year, the salary of Agniveers will be increased by 10 percent. This means that his salary will be Rs 33,000 per month in the second year. In the second year, Rs 9,900 will be deducted every month from his salary for the service fund. The government will also contribute the same amount. In this way, the in-hand salary of Agniveers will be Rs 23,100.

Agniveer Salary Third Year: In the third year of service, the monthly salary of an Agniveer will be Rs.36,500. Out of this salary, Rs 10,950 will be deducted for the service fund fund. Like every year, in this year also the government will contribute the same amount of money to the service fund. After deducting Rs 10,950 in salary, Agniveer’s in-hand monthly salary will be Rs 25,550.

Agniveer Salary Fourth Year: Under the Agneepath scheme, in the fourth year of service, the salary of an Agniveer will be Rs 40,000 per month. 12,000 will be deducted from his salary for the service fund in the fourth year. In this way the in-hand salary will be Rs 28,000 per month. The government will also contribute Rs 12,000 every month to the service fund fund.

In this way, after four years of service, the total savings will be around Rs 5.02 lakh. The government will also contribute the same amount. Apart from this, interest will also be given on this amount. After deduction of salary and contribution made by the government, about Rs 11.71 lakh will be deposited. Any kind of tax will also be levied on this money. In this way, in addition to the salary received for four years, Agniveer will be given Rs 11.71 lakh on retirement.
