New Delhi: On Tuesday, 6,028 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Delhi and 31 patients died due to the epidemic. According to the health department data, the infection rate was recorded at 10.55 percent. The bulletin said that 9,127 people have been cured in the last one day and less than 15 per cent of the Covid beds in hospitals are full. In the national capital, 574 people have died due to Kovid in January so far. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain and officials say that most of the dead were people who were already suffering from some disease. According to the bulletin of the Health Department, the active COVID cases have come down to 42,010. The rise in the number of new cases and deaths has taken the total number of cases to 18,03,499 and the death toll to 25,681. Meanwhile, the recovery rate has gone up to 96.24 percent. At present, a total of 33,602 Kovid patients are being treated in home isolation. However, the number of Kovid Containment Zones in the city has increased to 44,547. Meanwhile, a total of 57,132 new tests were conducted, of which 42,607 were RT-PCR and 14,525 rapid antigen tests. In the last 24 hours, 85,418 vaccines were administered, of which 36,931 were given in the first dose and 35,853 for the second dose. Meanwhile, 12,634 precautionary doses were also given in the last 24 hours. According to the health bulletin, 2,92,74,125 people have been vaccinated in Delhi so far.
