Light rain or thundershowers may occur at one or two places in the remaining parts of Durg and Raipur divisions and northern part of Bastar division. There is a possibility of light rain in Surguja division and adjoining districts and Bastar division and adjoining districts on January 24. Giving information, meteorologist H.P. Chandra said, under the influence of a Western Disturbance, an upper air cyclonic cyclonic circle is forming a low pressure area over West Rajasthan. Due to this, warm air containing moisture is coming from the Bay of Bengal in the state. Due to cloud and rain, the minimum temperature is likely to increase by 1-2 degree Celsius from 23rd January. There is a possibility of a drop in the maximum temperature. That means it will be cold during the day. The feeling of cold will also increase due to the winds after the rain. The fog will increase after the weather clears.
