The year 2023 is going to be very important for India. Recently, India has got the hosting rights of this most important organization of the world in the G20 Summit held in Bali, Indonesia. Next year i.e. on 26 November 2023, India will host the G20 Summit. In this summit, 19 countries and the European Union will participate along with superpowers of the world like America and China.

Havelock Island will host

Preparations have been completed for one of the much awaited G20 meetings to be chaired by India. The meeting will be held in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 26 November. The meeting will be organized at ‘Swaraj Dweep’ popularly known as Havelock Island. This place is about two and a half hours by sea from Port Blair and can be reached through government ships and private vessels. According to sources, the delegation will also visit the Cellular Jail during their stay in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Why Havelock Island was chosen

Sources said the delegates would reach Port Blair on November 25 in a chartered flight and the meeting would be held the next day. He is likely to leave on November 27. Sources said the G20 secretariat in New Delhi has decided to hold a meeting here in view of the popularity and natural beauty of ‘Swaraj Dweep’. He said that a series of cultural programs consisting of traditional dance and music have been prepared for the guests. Apart from this, they will also be served delicious local dishes.

This includes Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union (EU). In terms of business, this organization has control over 80 percent of the world’s business.
