Stock Market Holiday 2023: Many festivals are going to fall during the month of November, due to which there will be a holiday for the banks as well as the stock market. The stock market is going to be closed for 10 days in November. According to the schedule of BSE and NSE, the 10-day holiday includes festivals, Saturdays and Sundays. You will not be able to trade on these holidays. However, there will be Muhurta trading for one hour on Diwali day i.e. 12th November.   • The stock market will remain closed on Tuesday, 14th November on account of Diwali.
  • It will remain closed on Monday, 27th November on account of Gurunanak Jayanti.

Muhurat trading is done every year on Diwali. Trading in the stock market on the day of Diwali is considered auspicious. This time the festival of Diwali is falling on 12th November. In such a situation, the stock market will remain open from 6 pm to 7.15 pm on 12th November. 15 minutes have been kept for pre-market. During one hour you will be able to buy and sell shares and also trade in F&O. Settlement of all shares will be done on the day of Diwali only.
