At the age when no one knows how to take decisions about the future, a 16 year old girl set up a big company. A 16-year-old Indian girl is making a mark in the world of AI with her startup Delv.AI. 

According to a report in Business Today, Pranjali Awasthi started Delv.AI in 2022. The startup is already valued at Rs 100 crore ($12 million) and recently wowed people at Miami Tech Week. 

At the age of 16, Awasthi has a small team of 10 people. It has been told in the report that Pranjali Awasthi’s father helped her a lot to enter the business world. She was only 7 years old when she started coding. At the age of 11, his family moved from India to Florida and new business opportunities opened up here. 

He entered the world of business through an internship in the research laboratories of Florida International University. She was 13 years old when she started her internship. That was the time when ChatGPT-3 beta had just been released. During this time, the idea of ​​Delv.AI came to Awasthi’s mind.

After this, the high school student was accepted into an AI Startup Accelerator Program in Miami under the leadership of Lucy Guo and Dave Fontenot of Backend Capital, after which her business journey started. According to Business Today, their Delv.AI also launched on Product Hunt. 

It is noteworthy that the accelerator program has also helped Awasthi in securing investment from On Deck and Village Global. The company raised $450,000 (about Rs 3.7 crore) in funding and is valued at Rs 100 crore today.
