Shark Tank India Judge Peyush Banshal: Shark Tank India judge Piyush Bansal has bought a luxurious house (Luxury House in Delhi) in a posh area of ​​Delhi. The co-founder of Lenskart has acquired this property in Neeti Bagh, Delhi in a deal of Rs 18 crore. According to real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Peyush Bansal bought it on May 19, 2023. 

Bansal has paid stamp duty of Rs 1.08 crore for this property. According to the document, Bansal has purchased property measuring 469.7 square meters or 5056 square feet. The total covered area of ​​the property is 939.4 square meters or  10,111.7 square feet and is situated on a 680 square meter site. 

Piyush Bansal had bought the bungalow 

Bansal had bought this bungalow from Surinder Singh Atwal. Bansal is also a judge on the Shark Tank India TV reality show. According to the documents, Bansal has purchased the ground floor and basement of the property. However, the judge of Shark Tank India has not given any answer regarding this. According to the document, the value of the remaining property is around Rs 5.42 crore.

This new deal in Delhi 

The newest deal this year in Delhi is this bungalow bought by Piyush Bansal. In March, a 2,160 square yard bungalow in the name of Vasudha Rohatgi, wife of former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi, was purchased for Rs 160 crore in Delhi’s tony Golf Links. Earlier in August, interdental brush manufacturing company Global Dent Aids Director Renu Khullar had bought a bungalow with an area of ​​873 square yards in Nizamuddin East, a posh area of ​​Delhi, for Rs 61.70 crore. After Piyush Bansal, no new property has been bought or sold in Delhi.
