Under this, complaints of passengers like cleanliness, dirty blankets and bad food served in trains will be resolved.
Service will start in 245 trains running from Delhi in the first phase
In the first phase, it will be started in 245 trains running from Delhi. After its launch from Delhi, it will be implemented in all railway zones, so that rail passengers can get better facilities. At present, the works related to railway catering tourists etc. were looked after by IRCTC. Now the Railway Board will appoint contractors for catering and other services.

According to railway officials, this is being done because a lot of complaints related to cleanliness and catering started coming on the Rail Madad app of the railway. From April 2022 to October 2022, Railways had received a total of 1,21,754 lakh complaints related to cleanliness on this app. More than 19 thousand complaints were received from Western Railway only. 14 thousand complaints were received in Northern Railway zone.
Services to start in all Tejas Rajdhani, Duronto and Garib Rath trains
According to the information, in the first phase it is to be started in 245 trains running from Delhi. After this, it will start in other circles and zones one by one. To start it, Railways is waiting for the work period of the previously selected agency to end. These trains include the names of all Tejas Rajdhani, Duronto and Garib Rath trains running from Delhi. The contracts for linen washing in all these trains are going to end soon.
