Sangh’s mouthpiece Organizer has published an article titled Decoding the hit job by Hindenburg against Adani Group and it has told about who is behind the ongoing stir in Adani Group. It has been said in the Organizer that the attack on Adani Group has not started on 25th 2023. The script to target this group was hatched in Australia in 2016-17 

Organizer has also written that this attack on Adani Group has started from Australia in the year 2016-17 and Australian NGO has run a website to malign and defame Gautam Adani’s image. Not only this, now Hindenburg’s report on Adani Group has been prepared under complete planning. The website created in Australia aims to defame this group and target Gautam Adani. Through this website named, efforts are being made to fulfill its purpose.

The report of American short seller Hindenburg Research about Indian billionaire Gautam Adani has sunk more than $100 billion and pushed him down the list of global rich. Although Adani Group has rejected the allegations made by Hindenburg Research, but even after this, both Adani Group’s shares and Gautam Adani’s net worth continue to decline. At the same time, the world’s largest rating agency S&P ie Standard and Poor has reduced the outlook of Adani Ports and Adani Electricity, two companies of Adani Group, from stable to negative. This news may have an impact on the share price of Adani Group on Monday.

The matter has reached the Supreme Court 

In this stirring development, a PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking a direction to the Center and SEBI to investigate the alleged criminal conspiracy behind the Hindenburg Report in Adani group companies. It has been said in the petition that its shares crashed due to the report and investors suffered huge losses. The petition, filed by advocate Manoharlal Sharma, argued that US resident Nate Anderson of Hindenburg Research and his Indian entities entered into a criminal conspiracy and thereafter on January 25, 2023, issued a fabricated news item in the form of a research report, which Adani was detrimental to the companies of the group. It has been contended in the petition that when the stock market fell after this report, he liquidated his short sale position at the lowest rate.
