Inflation Hit Jobs: Backbreaking inflation is now taking away people’s jobs. Due to inflation, people are forced to leave their jobs because the salary at which they are working and the rate at which inflation has increased is making it extremely difficult to run a household. According to a report by PwC, 26 percent i.e. one out of every four employees in the world wants to leave their job by next year and do some work to earn a living.

PwC has reached this conclusion after surveying 53,912 employees worldwide. According to the report, the employees believe that it is becoming very difficult to meet the household expenses with the salary at which they are working and they are not able to even pay the EMI. These employees have to spend their entire life’s hard-earned money to run their families. This is the reason why people are considering leaving their jobs by next year. These employees now want to start some work of their own instead of doing a job.

According to the report, 47 percent of the employees in Britain say that at the end of the month their entire salary is spent and they have nothing left to save. 15 percent of the employees believe that they find themselves unable to pay all the household bills with the salary they are working for. In such a situation, most of the people are leaving their jobs and putting more emphasis on doing their own business or work.

However, experts believe that in times of economic uncertainty, employees are unable to leave their familiar things like job even if they do not want to. Even if the salary at which the employee is working is low, still the employee is not able to leave the job. That is, due to the financial crisis in 2008, 26 lakh people lost their jobs, but during this period of uncertainty, people were reluctant to change jobs and in America, the least number of people changed jobs in history.
