240 Pakistani pilgrims who came to Ajmer in Rajasthan have bought small and necessary things worth about Rs 1.25 crore. Earlier, whenever Pakistanis used to come, they used to buy things of their hobbies, but this time they have bought essential things in large numbers.
Purchases from Rs 75 thousand to Rs 1 lakh
This time Pakistanis bought helmets, cardamom, coconut, juicer-mixer, bracelet-bangles, salwar-kameez, shoes-slippers, bedsheets, jackets, sweaters, spices etc. in bulk from Ajmer. Most of these passengers have made purchases ranging from Rs 75 thousand to Rs 1 lakh. He told that these things are very expensive in Pakistan.
Wanted to buy two wheeler also
According to media reports, there were some Pakistanis who wanted to buy mopeds from here and take them to their country, but they did not get approval. Pakistanis told that only vehicles with gears run in their country, when they saw two-wheelers without gears here, they expressed their desire to buy.
Rs 250 per liter petrol and Rs 2500 for 20 kg flour
