35% higher crypto payments in April..Government put its finger on the nose!

AMC Theaters, America’s largest movie chain, announced last year that people could get tickets through cryptocurrencies.

According to Adam Aaron, CEO of AMC Theaters, cryptocurrencies make up 35 percent of the company’s total online payments this year.

According to the data, for the first three months of this year, only from January to March, this 35% crypto fee was recorded.

Theater companies allow payments only in selected cryptocurrencies. These include Bitcoin, Dozcoin, Shiba Inu, Ether, Litcoin and Bitcoin Cash.

After battling losses caused by the COVID-19 lockdowns, AMC Theaters began implementing the Icrypto program a year ago. Its CEO said the company did not expect such a big reception in allowing people to get cinema tickets with selected coins in the next 3 months.

The release of these figures by AMC Theater comes as a pleasant surprise to the US government at a time when cryptocurrency is on the decline.
