Patna: Action has been taken against BJP MLA from Patepur Lakhindra Paswan for allegedly breaking the mike inside the Bihar Assembly. He has been kept out of the proceedings of the assembly session for 2 days. After this, BJP MLAs protested fiercely inside the house. BJP leaders allege that there is a biased action. BJP MLAs have called Tejashwi Yadav corrupt without naming him. BJP leaders say that the Speaker, who runs the House, acted on Lakhindra Paswan while acting as the representative of the government. Describing the action on the Patepur MLA as biased, the BJP MLA came out of the House. All the BJP MLAs opposed this action by boycotting the House.

Lakhindra Paswan has termed the action taken by the Speaker as an insult to the House. He said that this partiality is a complete action. Inside the assembly, he was talking about the pay scale of Anganwadi workers and Jeevika didis. Being a public representative, he was talking about the public. But his mic was being switched off again and again. Wasn’t given a chance to speak. Meanwhile, when he tried to hold the mike and speak on his side, the mike was broken.

Lakhindra Paswan said – ‘Will not bow down’

Denying that he broke the mike, BJP MLA Lakhindra Paswan said that the Speaker of the Assembly had taken a biased action against him. Along with this, he also said that ‘Lakhindra Paswan will continue to raise the issue of public interest and he will not bow down’.
