Also, to avoid the hot sun, apply an umbrella or wear a cap or cover your head with a towel. The ministry has advised the people that people should stay in ventilated and cool places. Avoid coming in direct sunlight. Where the sunlight comes in, the windows on that side should be closed or curtains should be drawn during the day. Open the windows at night so that cool air comes into the house. If it is necessary to leave the house for work, then try to finish the work in the morning or evening.
