Toyota Glanza CNG Launched, HyRyder Will Run On Gas, Check Mileage And Price Here

Toyota Motor has finally made an entry in the Indian CNG car segment. The company has started its journey in this segment by launching the CNG version of the Galnza hatchback. The latest hatchback CNG car has been launched at a starting price of Rs 8.43 lakh, ex-showroom. There itself Glanza E-CNG The ex-showroom price of the top variant is Rs 9.46 lakh. The new Toyota Glanza is based on the new generation model of Maruti Suzuki’s premium hatchback Baleno. The Japanese company has also announced to introduce a CNG version of HyRyder.

The Toyota Glanza CNG version will be offered in S and G grades. At the same time, this latest CNG car will be available only with manual transmission powertrain. The auto company will also offer the Urban Cruiser Hyrider in a factory fitted CNG version in S and G grades. The upcoming CNG version of the Hyrider will be sold along with the hybrid variant of the SUV. However, the company has not yet disclosed the prices of the CNG variants of the Hyrider.

Toyota Glanza CNG: Specifications

Talking about the specification of Toyota Glanza CNG, the new CNG car gets the power of 1.2 liter K series petrol engine. The engine of Glanza E-CNG generates maximum power of 77.5 PS. Talking about its mileage, the CNG model of Glanza can cover a distance of 30.61 km in 1 kg of CNG. The latest CNG car is offered with a manual gearbox only.

Toyota HyRyder CNG: Possible Specifications

According to reports, the upcoming CNG version of the Toyota Highrider can be offered with a 1.5 liter K series petrol engine. Talking about its expected mileage, the Hyrider CNG will likely cover a distance of 26.1 km in 1 kg of CNG. Talking about its transmission option, you can get a 5-speed manual gearbox in it.
