Maruti is preparing to launch its new SUV named ‘Vitara’ with a new powerful engine!

Maruti Suzuki and Toyota are jointly making a mid-size SUV. Toyota’s upcoming mid-size SUV Urban Cruiser Hirider will knock on July 1. However, the name of Suzuki’s upcoming SUV equipped with the dual-jet K15C series powerful engine has not been revealed yet. There are speculations in some reports that the name of the new mid-size Vitara (Vitara) because ‘Vitara’ has been removed from the name of the new Brezza. However, according to new reports, Toyota will develop mid-size SUVs for both the companies on Suzuki’s Global-C platform.

Vitara name removed from new Brezza

The name Vitara is being considered a strong name for Maruti Suzuki’s new mid-size SUV. Suzuki’s upcoming SUV is based on the Global-C platform. The upcoming SUV is also likely to be exported from India to Europe. Anyway, after the removal of Vitara name from the new Brezza, the ground is open for Vitara. However, it remains to be seen what action the company takes.

Vitara used before

Maruti Suzuki has sold its car using the old names in the past as well. The company sold Baleno and XL7 in Indonesia. Apart from this, Maruti Suzuki sold the second generation Vitara as Grand Vitara XL7 and the third generation Vitara as Grand Vitara, in which Grand Vitara was imported into India. Maruti has not given any confirmation regarding the name.
