Land Rover Defender 75th Limited Edition: Special model launched on completion of 75 years for 82 lakhs

There are very few such in the world which are running for a long time and they are being produced even today. The Land Rover Defender is one of them, which made its Series I debut at the 1948 Amsterdam Motor Show. This means that the famous off-roader SUV Land Rover Defender will celebrate its 75th anniversary next year. To make the occasion special, Tata Motors-owned Land Rover has launched the 75th Limited Edition of the Defender. The 75th Limited Edition of the latest Land Rover Defender has been launched in 2-door 90 and 4-door 110 variants.

  1. The 75th Limited Edition of the Land Rover Defender is painted in Grassmere Green, which is visible on the wheels as well as the dashboard and door cards inside the cabin.
  2. Land Rover has also put a special "75 Years" sticker on the tailgate under the handle to differentiate it from the regular Defender.
  3. The seats on the off-road SUV are covered in resistant ebony as revealed by Land Rover.
  4. The center console is covered in Robustek material, which is claimed to be the strongest fabric available for a luxury SUV.
  5. The 75th Limited Edition of the Land Rover Defender is built on the HSE trim, which offers great features.
  6. The Limited Edition gets features like matrix LED headlights, a 360-view camera, heads-up display, wireless smartphone charger.
  7. Features of the new SUV also include three-zone climate control, memory seats and 11.4-inch Pivi Pro infotainment system.
  8. The standard Land Rover Defender SUV comes with a folding fabric roof, but you can also opt for a separate sliding paramonic roof if you wish.
  9. The 75th Limited Edition of the Land Rover Defender was expected to also get the Terrain Response feature, which has been given in this car.
  10. The 2-door 90 variant of the Defender costs £85,995 (approximately Rs 78,91,686), while the 4-door 110 variant costs £89,995 (approximately Rs 82,58,762).
